In the historic Parisian location where much of the fashion show takes place Chanel, Matthieu Blazy presents his first collection Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2026 of the House.
The Grand Palais For the occasion, he dressed in magic, every detail refers to the fairy tale: from the chirping of birds to the setup, in the center of the room, mushrooms of various sizes and pink weeping willows evoke a fantastical world.
The show begins, the models walk ethereally down the runway.
On the notes of notes of Wonderwall The models walk out in transparent silk dresses, almost as if to perceive their essence. No longer the body, but their soul.
Amidst these floating transparencies, the gaze lingers on a stunning detail, eliciting enthusiasm and wonder.
The models carried a transparent silk bag, similar to a “mail carrier's bag,” on their shoulders or in their hands. Inside was a letter embroidered on silk fabric as if it were a sheet of paper.
In this detail, I saw so much poetry.
